Apple Vision Pro
The words go wherever you put them.
Lyrical is a native visionOS app, so the lyric view is a panel you place in the room rather than a phone screen strapped to your face. Set it down once and it stays there while the song moves.
// what is different
Native, not mirrored
The Vision Pro build is its own app. It listens, fetches lyrics, and joins LiveSync sessions on the headset, which means it works with no phone in the room at all.
What that buys you is placement. A mirrored phone screen follows your head and sits at whatever size the mirror decided. A native window stays where you left it — off to one side, sized for reading, out of the way of whatever you are actually watching.
// setup
Install, identify, place
01
Install Lyrical on the Vision Pro
Lyrical ships as a native visionOS app, not a compatible iPad build. Install it on the headset itself and sign in there.
02
Pick how the song gets identified
Recognize what is playing in the room, pick a song from a concert setlist, or join a LiveSync session with the show's code.
03
Place the lyric panel where you want it
The lyric view is a window you position in your space. Park it above the stage, beside a screen, or straight ahead — it stays where you put it while the lines advance.

// questions
Apple Vision Pro questions
- Is there a Lyrical app for Apple Vision Pro?
- Yes. Lyrical runs natively on visionOS as its own app, so the lyric view is a spatial window you place in the room rather than a phone screen floating in front of you.
- Does the Vision Pro app need an iPhone nearby?
- No. The visionOS app handles recognition, lyric fetching, and LiveSync on its own. Your phone can stay in your pocket or at home.
- Do I get Lyrical Pro free because I bought a Vision Pro?
- No. visionOS users sign in and subscribe through StoreKit like every other platform. There is no automatic upgrade for headset owners.
- Do the visual effects work on Vision Pro?
- Yes. The full lyric view renders, including the effects a front-of-house operator triggers during a LiveSync show.
- Can I use it at an actual concert?
- Technically yes, and the software supports it. In practice most venues will have something to say about a headset in the crowd, which is why the G2 and XREAL paths exist.
- How is this different from mirroring my iPhone?
- Mirroring gives you a flat rectangle locked to your view. The native app gives you a window you place in the room, anchored where you left it, at a size you choose.
